Time-consuming scanning and archiving of documents is a thing of the past thanks to the optional dual-scan document processor which captures a maximum 120 images/min. Still, you do not have to compromise on quality, security or even configuration possibilities.
The 400ci offers them all – from a print resolution of up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi, to comprehensive security features such as “Private Print” or a data security kit up to versatile finishing options like stapling and punching for up to 3,300 sheet. Not to mention the possibility to create text-searchable PDF files directly at the system or print from your mobile or tablet.
