EMS Copiers team at Darkness Into Light
Well done to all the staff at EMS Copiers who participated in the Darkness Into Light 5km walk/run in Naas on Saturday 9th May. Everyone enjoyed the incredible atmosphere! Over 100,000 people turned out across 80 venues for the seventh annual ‘Darkness Into Light’ in aid of suicide and self-harm charity Pieta House.
EMS Copiers are officially the first company to subscribe to the Pieta House ‘A Life a Day Campaign’ the objective of which is to support the vital work that Pieta House undertake in the prevention of suicide and self-harming.
EMS Copiers were delighted to exhibit at the recent JMB Annual Conference 2015 at the Europe Hotel, Killarney. Always an interesting and informative few days and a chance to catch up with school Principals from all over the country.
EMS Copiers are long standing supporters of the JMB and are proud to sponsor its quarterly information bulletins. EMS Copiers are proud to announce that ten of our staff will participate in the “Darkness into Light” walk/run in aid of Pieta House on the morning of May 9th 2015.
The 5km walk/run for suicide and self-harm is in its seventh year. Some 80,000 participants turned out last year and Pieta House are expecting a huge turnout again this year. With nearly 40 locations available in Ireland this really is a fantastic and fun way to get together and support this wonderful cause.
Starting at 4.15am, and crossing the line at dawn break on Saturday, May 9th 2015.

EMS Copiers Upgrade From Corporate Clients to Suppliers to Sponsors
Punchestown racecourse today announced that EMS Copiers have joined the sponsorship ranks for the 2015 Punchestown Festival. The Dublin based print solution company will sponsor the €100,000 EMS Copiers Novice Handicap Steeplechase on Friday May 1st.
In addition to an impressive prize fund the winning owner, trainer and jockey in the EMS Copiers Novice Handicap Chase will also receive an apple iPad and iPad minis, each with customised cover.
The stand out performance of the 2014 renewal of the race was the second placed horse, the Noel Meade trained Road To Riches, who finished a very impressive third in this year’s Cheltenham Gold Cup. Jessica Harrington has trained the last two winners of the two mile five furlong contest most recently with Operating and in 2013 with Madam Bovary.
